Replying to Rebecca of Eugene: Many people with Herpes Simplex have used hydrogen peroxide as a treatment, and they have left comments on how to use it and their experience with varying the dosage, feeling ill etc. Click on Herpes Simplex under Ailments & Remedies in the main Grow Youthful menu.
My Grow Youthful ebook also discusses diet and other factors that affect recovery.

I began taking Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to combat Lymes Disease that I picked up from a tick bite. I read how to increase the dose to up to 25 drops in a glass of distilled water. I was only able to reach nine drops where I felt too sick to continue. I have returned now to 5 drops one time a day. This is a very small dose and I'm wondering if it will do any good.
My questions are: 1. Should I get professional assistance to administer this therapy?
2. Will this small dosage kill the Lymes disease virus?
3. Is feeling sick from this dosage a normal reaction?
4. How do I find a health specialist who is familiar with using H2O2 to cure Lymes?
Thank you so very much.
