Rub a thin layer of tea tree oil directly onto the fungal infection. Undiluted trea tree oil is very strong so I diluted it half with coconut oil. Only put on a thin layer, but cover all of the red skin and the skin nearby. I did that for two weeks and my jock itch went away and never came back
