After being diagnosed with Globus pharyngeus I tried humming when I got up in the morning, when I went to bed, and whenever I remembered. It was easy to hum when going for a walk. Almost immediately I could feel the effects of the vibration right through my head, and the nasal and sinus cavities, drying up my nose. I was taking hydrogen peroxide at this time, which was very successful with the rhinitis and post nasal drip. I had also completely cured gastric acid reflux using apple cider vinegar.
