I had terrible headaches that put me to bed for 3 days at a time, despite following a 90% raw, vegan diet. I read somewhere that drinking warm water first thing in the morning would help. I had nothing to lose, so started by drinking 5 warm glasses of water before I ate anything. I haven't had a headache since, several years now.I have reduced the water to 2 or 3 glasses in the morning and make sure I drink more water during the day. I have suggested this to other sufferers, but no one else I know has tried such a simple remedy.
