I had an internal haemorrhoid. I tried external iodine with flax oil with a liquid syringe. This helped but not a lasting cure. I next used activated charcoal salve and mixed this with olive oil - about 1 tablespoon activated charcoal salve with two tablespoons of olive oil. I used about a teaspoon in the syringe after a bowel movement and used coconut oil for a lube. After one application the bleeding stopped. I used daily and in one week all pressure and burning was gone. I kept using about 3 months for complete healing.
