YES
I have had sleep apnea for at least twenty years. It took a while to diagnose, because I don't fit the profile of overweight, diabetes etc and was looking for something else to explain my symptoms. I'm generally healthy for a 64 year old. Up till now the only thing that gave me relief was sleeping on my side. Then a few weeks ago I started eating 2 oz of raw organic sunflower seeds before bedtime. At first I thought that my new-found restful nights were a coincidence. After searching online I discovered that raw sunflower seeds have vitamin E and a couple of other components that studies show to help apnea.
Chew the seeds well or grind them in a coffee grinder. I am quite sure that eating the sunflower seeds is different to popping vitamin E from a bottle or capsule, and studies of this vitamin show almost no benefit from the factory-made form. Thanks to you all and sleep well!!
