I suffered from Estrogen Dominance that appeared at Fibromyalgia in my body. My lymph nodes would block up causing severe pain and inflammation in my chest, underarms, breasts, shoulders and shoulder blades, and sometimes in my groin and legs. I began using a natural progesterone cream and this has stopped all the lymph blockages.
I still get some every month before my menstrual cycle in the breast but a patch a day of Lugols Iodine on my feet is helping to reduce this.
