Adding any kind of magnesium salts to your drinking water can cause diarrhoea. Try it, sometimes it is OK for those people people who tend towards constipation. But for most people, the best way to get magnesium into the body is through the skin (transdermal), using the Magnesium Oil remedy.

YES
I stopped drinking demineralized water - rainwater has 10-30ppm salts, reverse osmosis water 10-30ppm, bottled water 0-100ppm, natural ground water up to 800ppm, Perth 580ppm. Minerals salts in water hydrate the body including muscles by topping up the battery levels, cramps and dehydration are signs of low (low battery) mineral salts. I now add a pinch of Celtic salt to my drinking water, and also a tiny pinch of magnesium sulphate.
