A couple of years ago during an annual check-up I mentioned to my doctor that I had some lumps in the palms of my hands. He diagnosed them as Dupuytren's disease. "They are not serious and there is nothing you can do", he said. A few months after that I started using magnesium oil for good energy and health and to prevent muscular-skeletal aches and pains. I've also been using borax, also for good health and to prevent arthritis. Well I completely forgot about the Dupuytren's and a few more months went by. One day when I was looking at my palms, I realised that the Dupuytren's had gone - completely. I think the magnesium oil was mainly responsible, as I was using it a couple of times a week and rubbing it all over my body with my hands - so the palms were getting a good dose. But I have also been taking the Grow Youthful recommended maintenance dose of borax twice a day, for a few years. No signs of muscular-skeletal aches and pains or arthritis either. I'm 60 years old.

For years I used to have the period pain and cramps from hell. Plus migraines so intense that twice my husband had to take me to hospital. Taking magnesium tablets did little. Then I found out about magnesium oil and transdermal magnesium therapy. I sprayed it on & rubbed the oil in all over my body - it is 100% sea water that feels like an oil - every day. 2 weeks later, my next period just "arrived". No cramps, no pain, no headache let alone a migraine. And it has been that way now for nearly 3 years. The magnesium oil not only relaxes the muscles, but the nerves too plus it energises the cells to detox them of the Reason for the cramping - toxins and excess calcium. So I have become much calmer and cramp free.
