Marilyn how much did you take for this immediate relief from cramps?

YES
I had leg cramps, leg jerks, muscle tightness, and increasing episodes of cramps in my hands and feet. If I bent into an unusual position, or tried to stretch, often the muscle on the "opposite side" of the stretch (the muscle that was being compressed) would cramp. It was painful, stopped me from being able to use the muscle for a few minutes, and was happening increasingly frequently over the years. I was doing less and less exercise because my muscles felt like they were going to clamp up with the least bit of exertion
A couple of nights ago I woke up with leg cramps again. A bottle of ACV was on my kitchen bench (due to this site) so I downed some straight (when you are in that kind of pain you don't care how strong it is) and then chased it with a glass of water. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY THE CRAMP STOPPED AND IT DID NOT RETURN! I went back to bed and didn’t wake my husband again. In the days since that episode I have started walking and stretching again. Thanks you!
