Thanks for the resource, the symptoms & triggers listed are 98% accurate and match what I have.
Always knew something was wrong with me - low weight, seemingly unprovoked anxiety, occasional nausea, etc. A couple of years ago I developed severe, sudden and unprovoked panic/anxiety attacks. Decided to reduce sugar & caffeine - worked magic for me. I now only eat natural, healthy foods, avoid refined/chemical sugars as much as I can and only drink decaf drinks.

Not overloading your system with junk helps - keeping it light with fruits (not citric fruits - they increase the symptoms), water, and simple non-spicy food.
