Apple cider vinegar has really done wonders in stabilising my blood sugar. My fasting blood sugar was about 250 to 290 before I started using ACV. At that time didn't eat anything after 8 pm, drink sodas, use white flour or sugar. I ate lots of veggies, chicken and fish. When I started taking the ACV I was taking metformin and actos. First I took 2 teaspoons of ACV in vegetable juice before I went to bed and noticed an immediate drop the next morning. In the last couple of weeks I’ve increased it to 6 tablespoons of ACV per day – 2 in my vege juice in the morning and in the evening, and 2 in a water bottle that I take to work and sip all day. This morning my FBS was 115. At this stage I’m still taking my prescription meds in lower dose but hope to wean off them with the agreement of my doctor. Since I've been taking the ACV I've been able to feel the physical effects of my blood sugar dropping, feeling very good. My skin has improved and I've also notice a slight improvement in my eyesight. Thank you so much.
