You need sufficient magnesium for the digestive system to work properly. The most effective way to get it is through your skin using magnesium oil. Normally, if you take a magnesium salt orally, it will give you diarrhoea. But if you are constipated, take a small amount of magnesium sulphate, magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate. Use powder or liquid rather than pills. Start with a teaspoon of powder in a glass of warm water before bed, and again in the morning. I have also heard of people using magnesium oxide. You will feel so much better with sufficient magnesium in your body, aside from healing the constipation
