Discover the difference by sampling organic bananas, butter, carrots, greens and whatever you can find. Source milk from grass-fed cows, buying full-fat unhomogenised milk, raw if you can get it. Seek out meat that has been raised on grass. Rid your kitchen of everything that comes from a factory - products such as potato chips, any breads that are not sourdough, cookies, store-bought cakes, supermarket pies, sweet things, margarine, and low-fat foods, all of which have long lists of unwanted ingredients and are missing the natural fats and other micro-nutrients you need to digest them properly

When you eat high-nutrient, natural-fat-level foods, your body is able to digest them properly, and you get several times as much of many important nutrients

Stay with it. Its a lifelong change. You'll eat less, your skin will clear, you'll feel so much better
