Nascent iodine is probably the most bio-available iodine, and also the easiest to use. For over a year now, I have been taking 5 drops during the morning, mixed with water or freshly squeezed juice. The supplier told me that getting my iodine level back to normal is a long process - expect it to take many months. In the last couple of months I have also started taking Borax. I keep all my drinking water in bottles, and simply put a pinch of borax in each bottle. I feel my fluoride level is coming down, but it is a long process. Even longer than it should be, because I live in Perth Australia where they add sodium fluoride to the municipal tap water. I have a filter, but it only takes out some of the fluorides. After a year, I have more energy, good health, little allergic reaction to my old allergins

Borax is the most important remedy for removing fluorides from your body, and protecting against absorbing more fluorides. It enhances your immune system and helps normalise your calcium and magnesium levels during recovery. It costs very little to add a tiny pinch to your drinking water. I do recommend using it!
