I made an earlier post on this site about how apple cider vinegar healed my acid reflux problem. Other benefits from taking the ACV are that I sleep better, have more energy, and a better skin. My wife says I have stopped snoring, but I don't think I ever did! I also realised after a few months of use of the ACV that my flow of urine had got stronger and started to last much longer before needing to have a pee. I had prostate problems for a few years and I was taking very expensive herbal tea every day. It was only somewhat effective. I decided to stop the herbal tea and stay on the ACV. I now pee like a teenager and I'm not on any medication.
