First wash your hair. After washing, apply a handful or two of neat apple cider vinegar to the scalp and leave it for a minute or more. Then rinse and partially or completely dry your hair. The last step is to apply a little neem oil to your scalp. Try to cover the scalp completely, but you do not need a lot. If the scalp is wet with the oil, dry it off with a cloth. A single application of the oil may cure the dandruff, if not repeat this procedure a week or two later. Note: many people have reported that tea tree oil is also very effective with dandruff, when diluted and then used in a similar manner to neem oil here. Please read the tea tree oil remedy first. Some people may find that undiluted neem oil is too strong, and undiluted tea tree oil will definitely be too strong.
